Processing Time
All items are made and prepared by hand. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships. During new launches or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries, including the United Kingdom.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply once the package reaches their country. Everyday Shimmer is not responsible for these fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Delays and Lost Packages
Everyday Shimmer is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Everyday Shimmer is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
